Rules & Exclusions
Must be owner-occupied. One perk per household per month.
All perks are small tasks completed in under one hour.
No ladders over 6 ft, no live electric, no gas, no chemicals, no roof access.
Unsafe or oversized perks may be declined with a paid estimate option.
Outdoor perks may be postponed due to weather.
Homeowner must ensure safe, clear access and remove hazards.
Labor included. Materials must be supplied by the homeowner.
We are not responsible for fragile or failing existing conditions.
Basic photos may be taken unless you opt out beforehand.
Perks cannot be stacked, repeated, transferred, or resold.
Two winners per month. Must be within service area.
Hammer Brick & Home LLC may update or end perks anytime.
The newest version on this page overrides older versions.
