You reach out however is easiest — call, text, or send a few photos of the area. We ask simple questions about your home, timeline, and budget so we know if you need a small repair, a safety fix, or a full remodel.

2. Clear, Written Estimate
If needed, we schedule a walk-through to measure, check conditions, and spot any hidden issues before they become surprises. You receive a written, itemized estimate with Foundation, Premium, and Signature options so you can see what each tier includes and exactly what it costs.

3. Protection & Prep
Before tools come out, floors, railings, and walkways are covered with paper, plastic, and drop cloths. We set up dust control, safe walking paths, and protect nearby finishes so the rest of your home stays clean and livable while we work.

4. Build, Inspect, Communicate
Our licensed crew performs the work according to manufacturer specs and NYC-ready code awareness. You get updates during the project — what we did today, what’s happening next — and we do internal checks to make sure everything is straight, level, and properly tied into the existing structure.
